Booking: Parties are booked on a first come, first serve basis. We suggest booking your party in advance to ensure your desired party date and time. All bookings are done over the telephone. We do not "pencil in" dates. Please do not send a deposit without confirming that your desired date and time is available. Deposits/Payments: We require a $75.00 non-refundable deposit within one week of the booking. If you would like to mail a check, please make it out to "A Wish Your Heart Makes". Please note the Party Date, Time and Character in the memo section, and mail it to the address below. A Wish Your Heart Makes The remainder must be received before party is held either by check, cash or google.com/checkout. If you have to cancel your party, we can reschedule it based on our availability. Directions: Please also include directions to your party. We really appreciate directions to your location, especially if you live in a new development that may not be available on Mapquest. The starting point should be the highway or main road closest to your home. It is convenient to include this with your deposit check or by e-mail. Liability: We strictly provide entertainment; we are not caretakers/babysitters. Please be aware that children, under the age of 3 especially, need to be supervised. We will treat your home with the utmost respect and care. However, we can not be held responsible for accidental damage caused by a guest. If you have any precious belongings, please remove them from the entertaining area prior to the event.

Entertainment Packages are for Children: We provide entertainment for children! It is against our policy to provide any adult forms of entertainment. Allergic Reactions: A Wish Your Heart Makes is not responsible for allergic reactions. Cancellations and Rescheduling: We will reschedule your party only in the event of your child's illness, inclement weather, or conditions that arise that are beyond our control. Guests: Your party guests are encouraged to dress up in their own princess costumes. Be sure to request it on their invitation. Late Arrivals: Our parties are based on a schedule and it is very important that guests arrive on time. Outdoor Parties: Weather permitting, we can perform your party outdoors. The party should take place in a clean and dry area. Good Behavior and Participation: We are responsible for engaging the guests in constant activity and can not be responsible for behavior issues. Lateness: If we are late by more than 10 minutes, you will be notified of the delay (this is extremely rare). Our set-up time is usually 10-15 minutes and we arrive 20 minutes prior to Party Time. Non-Performance: If A Wish Your Heart Makes does not perform at your event for any reason, your payment will be completely refunded without any claims against A Wish Your Heart Makes. Tables and Chairs: It is the clients' responsibility to provide all the necessary tables and chairs. Tips: Tipping is not required but is welcomed for the
characters. It is not included in the Party Package. We recommend
10% - 20%, at your discretion. |

television. We only have professional, theatrical costumes. It
is not our intention to violate any copyright laws. The characters
that we offer are NOT name-brand, copyrighted characters, and
we make no attempt to market them as such. The characters that
we have are of our own creation. Any resemblance to nationally
known copyrighted characters is strictly incidental and unintentional.
If you have any questions regarding this issue, we encourage you
to contact us. Should you have the need for a licensed, copyrighted
character at your event, we encourage you to contact the company/copyright
holders for your specific targeted character. Ours are as generic
as we could make them. In addition, we will only accept bookings
from individuals who are aware that we DO NOT represent any licensed
